Event Information
Not only a rural event, offering all the favourites of a local Show - sheep, cattle and horses being displayed and judged - a great opportunity to get up close and chat with the owners, but a great FAMILY DAY OUT.

Enter the FREE marquees for a feast of Cornwall and Devon foods to sample and buy.
Meet the local craftsmen who display their lovingly made home made crafts in the Small Business Arts and Craft Tent.

The Young Farmers tent is always a fun place to be. No need to come from farming - just a great group of young people who enjoy being young.
Such a wide range of activities you need a day to taste what is on offer.
We really like to engage with our visitors so please come along for a taste of the Country.
Terms & Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Show is held on a field. Whilst flat, the ground can be uneven in places. Please wear appropriate footwear for the weather conditions. Everyone entering the Showfield does so at their own risk.
Online Ticket Orders
Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned. It is advised to ensure the ticket has downloaded correctly (copies of electronic tickets can be requested).
Cancellation
The Show Committee shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the abandonment, cancellation or postponement of the event or any such eventuality.
Disclaimer of Liability
All ticket purchases are deemed to accept these terms and conditions – however the Show Committee reserve the right to refuse entry. Reasons for this action do not have to be given. Members tickets offer the opportunity to buy lunch. It is the responsibility of the public to declare any dietary requirements. Guidance can be taken from the Caterers.
Data Protection
Any personal details held will be held under standard data protection regulations. We will retain this data to provide you with future information for events organised by Launceston Agricultural Society. You have the right to withdraw consent for holding your personal data at any time. In order to do so you should contact the show organiser by post or email. We will not share your information with any third party. Data will be retained for a period of three years or until a request is received to delete it.
Photographs
Various sources of media will be used on the Showfield. It is assumed all images are acceptable to be used for advertising purposes unless a specific request is received to the contrary. Please contact the Secretary.
Refund policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the organisers, where required by law.
